The main idea for this project was to standardize the box dimensions of the whole product portfolio to reduce complexity and total cost of ownership.
Initial State
Product dimensions result in bad box dimensions and bad palletizations.
Target
When defining ideal box dimensions, new products can be developed to fit in these boxes.

Translate ideal box dimensions to article dimensions.

Map the entire product portfolio.
